Day 14: Monday

Mark took Charles out this morning. Somehow we both forgot to feed him. Poor pup-pup!! Mark set the ac to turn on for a few hours during the day whike we were both gone Charlie also had a fan blowing in his cage to keep him cool (it was in the 90's today) We got home at the same time today (7:45) and promptly took him out. He peed and pooped!!! We came back and hung out for a bit and fed Charles and cooked dinner for ourselves. Its actually quite cool in the apartment tonight. Mark is taking him for his final walk of the night as I write this. He's actually coming when he's called, almost every time :) and he's wagging his tail more frequently. He's sitting more frequently, on command. He's been walking really well on the Gentle Leader. Hesagudboyyyyyy. Mark just got back and said that half way up the block, he was dragging his feet and eventually just laid down on the sidewalk. When Mark turned around to come home, Charlie got a hop in his step. He licks our hands more frequently and he put his nose right in our face to sniff us sometimes. I want to get him a rope knot to gnaw on. He's been showing interest in chewing lately. He's not interested in bouncy balls at all. He just looks at them. Derrrrr!
